The Lone Republic Steakhouse, Lone Republic Bowery Bar and outdoor pavilion will provide its customers with a unique dining, bar and entertainment experience. Our newly remodeled restaurant is open and comfortable and the décor reflects a historic Texas theme.
The Lone Republic Steakhouse will feature only aged Certified Angus Beef®. Like fine wine and cheese improves with time, so does beef. Aging improves beef tenderness and improves flavor. The aging process begins after harvesting with improvements being made after 10 days. Most meat sold in supermarkets is aged only 5-7 days. For the best results and most intense flavors our beef is wet aged for 30 days.
Our dinner menu will feature hand cut Angus Certified Steaks that are fired on an open flame to the exact temperature of your choosing. Chef Cat will also prepare weekend specials that will feature seasonal ingredients. In addition, Chef Cat will prepare her signature Crème Brule and cheesecakes for desert. The superior flavor and consistent, high quality of aged Certified Angus Beef™ steaks is carried over to our ground beef. Over 10 exacting standards eliminate variations found with other lesser quality ground beef. Our lunch menu will feature gourmet burgers, chicken fried steaks, fresh sides and daily specials.
The Bowery Bar will open in March of 2016. The bar will feature premium liquors, beer and wine. We plan to feature single malt scotches from around the world. The atmosphere will be relaxed and spacious. The bar will feature a special bar menu created by Chef Cat and prepared in the Lone Republic Steakhouse kitchen.
The outdoor pavilion will open in April of 2016. The 5,000 outdoor pavilion will feature a large stage for live bands, dance floor, outdoor bar, tables and seating to accommodate up to 300 people.
