Brent served his country in the United States Air Force and had a successful career in real estate before being bitten by the restaurant bug.  Before opening Lone Republic Steakhouse, he successfully owned and operated Double B Barbecue restaurant.  Brent is excited about the future, “I am excited about being in Winnsboro, Texas.  Its a thriving town that is invested in all it’s business succeeding.  We hope you enjoy you dining experience.  And don’t forget the Bowery Bar and outdoor pavilion will open soon…

Introducing: The Lone Republic Steakhouse!

The Lone Republic Steakhouse, The Bowery Bar and outdoor pavilion provides its customers with a unique dining, bar and entertainment experience.

The Lone Republic Steakhouse features hand cut beef that is wet aged in house of at least 30 days. Aging improves beef tenderness and improves flavor.

Our chef creates and prepares weekly lunch, dinner and dessert specials that feature seasonal ingredients.

In addition to steaks our menu features in house prepared gourmet burgers, chicken fried steaks, catfish, hand cut fries and daily specials.

Our 3,000 square foot Bowery Bar features premium liquors, beer and wine. The atmosphere is relaxed and open and includes a stage for live music , karaoke and a dance floor.  The bar features a special menu created by our chef and is prepared in the Lone Republic Steakhouse kitchen.

Our 5,000 sq.ft. private open air outdoor pavilion features a stage for live bands, outdoor bar, tables and seating to accommodate large groups.

We are excited to be the dining, bar and entertainment destination of East Texas.
